The new circuit Madring, located in the Ifema exhibition centre, very close to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, will host the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix, a historic race held until 2025 at the Barcelona-Catalonia Circuit.

The race, which is part of the Formula 1 World Championship, is run over 57 laps of a 5.4-kilometre circuit with 22 corners. One of the most exciting challenges the drivers will have to face is “La Monumental”: A curve designed in a semi-circular shape, which is 550 metres long and has a banking of 24%, making it one of the steepest corners on Formula 1 circuits.
