How to get to the airport
Cab
Taxis between Valverde, the island's capital, and the airport cost around €20 (1 to 4 passengers), rising according to the number of passengers.
Highway
From Valverde, the island's capital, it is about 8 km of mountain route using the HI-2 and HI-3 roads to the airport, as the town is at an altitude of over 500 metres and the airport is almost at sea level.
Bus
The regular line 10 connects the airport with Valverde, the capital of the island, between 07:45 and 18:45. Ordinary bus tickets are €1.35. The stops are located next to the roundabout offering access to the passenger terminal. The journey is about 15 minutes.
