How to get to the airport

Cab

The minimum taxi fare from the airport to the Badajoz city centre is €20. There is also a €0.50 surcharge for occupying the boot of the taxi.

Highway

The airport is 14 kilometres from the city centre and just over 45 kilometres from Mérida. It can be accessed through the entrance point which starts on the N-V motorway.

Bus

Badajoz city bus line 12 connects the airport with the city every hour between 07:00 and 20:00 on weekdays. The fare costs €1.20. On weekends and public holidays the service is provided on demand, using the 'BusKme' app of the concessionary company Tubasa.
