How to get to the airport
Cab
The airport's official taxi service is provided by the companys Radio Taxi Elche and Servitaxi Elche. Airport rates include a surcharge of €4.25. Travelling by taxi from the airport to both Alicante and Elche costs approximately €30.
Train
The C6 bus line links the airport to the Luceros TRAM station, the metropolitan and regional train lines and trams that connect the cities of Alicante, Benidorm and Dénia along the Costa Blanca.
Highway
Airport access is via the A-7 motorway and N-332 road. The airport is eight kilometres from the centre of Alicante. The journey takes around 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes at rush hour.
Bus
Line C-6 runs between the airport and the city of Alicante (single ticket: €1.45), and operates 24 hours a day. Lines R11 and R10 connect the airport with the city of Elche (single ticket): €1.35), and operate between approximately 05.00 and 23.30, although the R11 has more services. In addition, several intercity lines connect the facility with the surrounding tourist towns, such as Denia, Jávea, Benidorm, Santa Pola, Murcia, etc.
