Gratias is a family and artisan winery, whose project is the recovery of indigenous varieties such as bobal and pintaillo (ink) and tardna (white), in danger of extinction.We are located in the Ribera del Cabriel (Manchuela), which has recently been declared a Biosphere Reserve. It is the area that connects the Valencian Community with Castilla la Mancha. It has a very Mediterranean character, since pine, rosemary and thyme predominate in the landscape.In this experience we will approach the vineyard and feel it from another place. Everything is energy that materializes in many ways.We will talk about astrology, Bach flowers, Qi and how we apply it throughout the elaboration process.We will do a little practice to feel the subtle fields and we will feel 2 of our wines (according to availability);- Rose (100% bobal, light red wine).- Got (100% bobal, vat-bred red).- Maximas (bobal 100% red aged in barrels).- Sol (100% tardna, 1/3 of the wine passes through a clay jar).Accompanied by 3 varied tapas;-Ibaan olive trees in the area.-Tap-toast with EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Picual variety) from Haza del Fresno (family and artisan business).- Artisan goat or sheep cheese from Quesería Cerrón (family and artisan business in the area).A unique and different experience.
