Tasting barrel meads & honey wine

Enjoy discovering the mead that we make with our honeys in oak barrels, preserve in caves in the mountains and pair with "authentic" gastronomy. Discover the Origin of honey with us, real beekeepers. Mead vermouth, honey wines, Mountain and Mediterranean meads. A few years ago, the experienced beekeeper Álvaro Garrido started making mead, a traditional alcoholic drink from the Nordic culture and associated with the Viking world, which he proposes as a possible alternative to sweet wine. Through continuous experimentation, the result of his innate curiosity and passionate dedication, he has achieved a unique product characterized by its roundness on the palate, which surprises the diner and is already beginning to be recognized in national competitions.The experience consisted in tasting of 4 meads and 3 tapas: Mediterranean Demijohn Mead, Demijohn Mountain Mead Walnut mead & wild botanicals and Mead vermouth and wild barrel botanicals.
