    Gran Canaria Airport

    The most common way to get to Gran Canaria is to fly to Gran Canaria Airport, also known as Las Palmas Airport, although it is located 25km from the capital. This international airport operates flights from different cities in Spain and Europe, as well as intercontinental flights from America. Alternatively, you can arrive by ferry from Spanish ports such as Cadiz or Huelva on the Iberian Peninsula, as well as from other islands in the Canary archipelago. A good way to get around the island is to hire a car.
