The experience lasts about 2 hours and consists of two distinct parts guided by one of our excellent professionals. On the one hand, a guided tour around our facilities starting in Experimental Pruning Field, continue with FINAL Product Heated Room, the Bottling Room and finish in our Underground Cellar with more than 1,200 barrels of American and French oak.The second part of our experience is a tasting in our garden and, under a pretty Riu-Rau typical of the area, we will offer you our best 7 wines:1. White Chardonnay 2020,2. Rosado Monastrell Levaduras autóctonas 20203. Monastrell – Merlot 2017 – 12 months in barrels, 4. Finca Xaconero - 2017 - 12 months in barrels,5. Estrecho, Monastrell Premium 2017 - 16 months in barrels,6. Santa Rosa Premium 2016 – 17 months in barrels And finish with7. Dolç de Mendoza. A "Premium" sweet made with Monastrell 36 months in barrel paired with chocolates “Valor”All accompanied by a wine-pairing with our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Barranco Tagarina, a toast with goat cheese, a selection of Spanish sausages, along with a selected cheese board from the artisan and ecological cheese factory Quesos Cerrón. (Sheep milk half-cured 6 months, goat milk half-cured 6 months, Manchego sheep milk 24 months cured).
