Basque Cooking course
This culinary activity lasts about 2 hours and a half and also serves as lunch or dinner. This is a fun interactive class in a nice and relaxed format by the hand of one of the most actual and reference Chefs in Bilbao. Learn the secrets of preparing traditional Basque Pintxos, as well as some more current and innovative recipes and also some very interesting tricks, in addition to taste them all in the end. The activity will be developed in one of the most emblematic restaurants in the city with quality facilities fully prepared. It includes: Welcome to the restaurant by Chef with a glass of Txakoli (or whichever drink you prefer) and presentation of the history of local and culinary philosophy. Start of the interactive cooking course of traditional and innovative Basque pintxos. We will create 4 special pintxos + 1 traditional dessert and all accompanied at all times by Txakoli, Crianza, beer, soft drinks, etc... or any preferred drink. The pintxos to be created could be the following among others; Gilda, Pil Pil cod salad, Tartarburguer, Talo with Sukalki, intxaursaltsa with goxua, etc .. although it is possible to create any other pintxo if you have any specific request. After the cooking you will enjoy and taste all the pintxos and dessert that you have prepared. This activity includes a booklet with the details and all the ingredients of the pintxos plus blank space to write notes during the course.
