Caldes d’Estrac Spa

On the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Caldes d'Estrac benefits from mineral-medicinal water rising from an underground spring at a depth of 2,800 meters and around 38 degrees Celsius. Also popularly known as Caldetes, it is located 36 kilometres from the city of Barcelona, in an area with an enviable climate. The healing properties of its waters have been known since ancient times and, in fact, are linked to the origin of the municipality, which dates back to the year 1219.
