Beach: La Tejita

This beach can be reached by car or the number 130 bus. It is one of the largest in the area.

It is a lonely beach with fine, white sand. It is sheltered by an impressive forest of pines and eucalyptus. Located in a rocky spot that looks like an oasis. A very tranquil area.

It is located beside a picturesque village. It is a perfect place for water sports.

It lies within the area of Verdicio. Among other facilities, this beach has a car-park and a Red Cross lifeguard post. Just like the other two beaches nearby, Cerniciega and Aguilera, Tenrero Beach has exceptionally good sand.

Located next to the bridge which leads to the Island of Arosa. On one side the small fishing boats are moored. There is plenty of space to park.

It is protected by two large rocky projections, one on each side. On one of them, Punta de Jesús, the tower of Conde de Guadiana is situated. The beach has several services and facilities.
