This quiet beach, surrounded by bungalows with small gardens and restaurants. There is abundant palm tree vegetation and large rocks. It has easy accesses. You can park near the beach.

Although the beach is not classified as nudist you can often see naked people along the beach. It is an excellent beach for scuba-diving, given its sandy and rocky seabed.

A big, easy to get to beach with parking space only a few metres from the sand. Despite the small houses at the foot of the beach, it still preserves an unspoiled air. It has an open-air bar and restaurant.

Beach: Cala del Retor

Cala del Retor nestles between the modern marina and the hill where the remains can be seen of the Iberian settlement Orpesa la Vella. It is a small cove, 70 metres long by 45 metres wide, with fine sand and calm, shallow water, and not many visitors, so it’s an ideal place to get some peace and quiet.

Take the Camino de Ronda to reach this cove, set in quiet surroundings. It is not frequented by many bathers, yet pleasure boats often stop off here. The cove is sheltered by huge rocks.
