It is the second of a series of three beaches situated in the Pontevedra estuary, near to the town. The beach is equipped with several wooden walkways which lead as far as the sand. There is a football pitch on the beach itself. There is a sandbank in the middle of the water which some bathers use for sunbathing.

Peaceful and not very crowded, accessed by a 300 metre-long path that crosses ferns and eucalyptus trees. Despite the anchoring area to one side of the beach, the place is quite unspoilt.
