Beach: Misiego

Although this beach belongs to Villaviciosa, it is situated far from the town centre. It is an estuary beach, and highly suitable for surfing. A car-park and campsite are available to visitors. It is a marshy area offering delightful views.

It is fine sandy beach, with clear and still waters. You can hire sailing equipment, sunbeds and sunshades. It has a mooring area. The beach has life guards and a Red Cross post. It also boasts a promenade along which you can get to the beach, with accommodation nearby.

Very well equipped: restaurants, lifeguard service, pedal boat hire, etc. Excellent sand and water: fine golden sand and crystal clear turquoise water.

It has a paved promenade and full parking facilities, with spaces reserved for the disabled. Unspoilt beach with small dunes. Near the beach there is an attractive golf course located on a small peninsula.

It lies near to the southern tip of the small rock known as Cabezo del Mojon. The neighbouring beaches of El Gachero, Punta Rihuete and Mazarron port can be seen from here.

A nudist beach sheltered by rocks. The desolate beauty of this place is incredible. It can be reached by bus (Mogán line).

Unspoilt, peaceful beach. Located in an ideal place and surrounded by a small hill covered in vegetation. Ideal for scuba-diving because of the huge rocks on either side.

Sheltered by cliffs and surrounded by vegetation such as pine and eucalyptus trees, it is completely unspoiled. There are natural fresh water showers on the beach. To get here, go to the village of San Cristóbal and head towards the forest on the left hand side as you look out to sea.

It is usually visited mainly by fishermen with rods. It is a good place for surfing. A quiet area surrounded by abundant vegetation.

It is ideal for families. Besides, it has been awarded the blue flag. It has an access for the disabled. It is very long and has fine sand. It has a first aid post, and flags that indicate the condition of the sea. Large sand dunes have formed at the back.

The beach has this name because just behind it there is an enormous sand dune. It has a car park.

This beach is not often visited. In the backdrop is the stunning Bermeja Mountain, with its reddish colour.
