It is located on the west coast of Guipúzcoa beside the mouth of the river that bears the name of the municipality. It is open to the sea and is ideal for taking long walks along the shore or the three seafront promenades surrounding it. It is highly recommended for water activities such as surfing, kayaking and windsurfing.

Lying next to Pausada Beach, it is surrounded on both sides by rocks. The area is quite green. The mussel-beds of the Vigo Estuary are very close to the beach.

Beach: Las Delicias

This beach has a pleasant promenade with palm trees. On one side there are rocks and on the other side some beautiful views of the castle of San Juan de Águilas. Boats normally anchor in the water here for a few days or just for the day. Here you can windsurf or play volleyball.

The beach is sheltered under a small cliff.

The dark colour of its sand is one of its unique features. It is easily accessible on foot and has many facilities.

This beach is located between the stone breakwaters of Ponent and Plá de l'Os beaches. Access is via an underground passage and the car-park is very near the beach.

You can take the car down to the beach itself. From it, we can have great views of the beautiful town of Luanco, a great tourist destination.
