Beach: Giniginamar

Situated opposite some fishermen's houses and a small tourist complex of single-storey houses. The beach forms a bay which protects it from the strong waves, it has dark sand and stones and is quiet and secluded.

This large beach appears behind a cliff. Access is comfortable. In general, this area is still great for growing bananas.

Rather crowded, located between the Campoamor and Aguamarina Sailing Club. Beautiful beach near to the high apartments that make up Campoamor. It has all types of facilities including swings, football goals, volleyball nets, and open-air bars. Palm trees line the beach, which has fine sand.

A quiet beach whose surface is formed of boulders in grey tones. It is surrounded by steep cliffs with the odd house visible amongst the pines. Its sea bed is rocky and people come here to fish. It has lovely views of the port of Colera.

To get to this beach, go to the botanical garden on the outskirts of Palafrugell. The surrounding area of rocks and pines is wonderful. The water is crystal clear and turquoise, perfect for scuba-diving.

Small beach on the outskirts of Jávea. It has good infrastructure. With turquoise water. The surroundings are beautiful. During the busiest months, both Cala Granadella and Cala Barraca / Portitxol have regulated access.

Easy access by car. To get here, take the path between El Algarrobico and Sopalmo. The surrounding area is totally unspoiled, and there are several wind shelters. The round shapes of these stone shelters are one of the peculiarities of this fantastic beach. Nudists frequent the beach.
