Coasts and beaches | Gozón Beach: Gargantera This boulder beach is surrounded by cliffs. The easiest way of getting there is to leave the car at Bigaral Beach and follow the coast down in the direction of Luanco until you find it. In the surrounding cliffs there are four small caves.

Surrounded by mountains that form the Sierra de Coma Roja, this beach is named after the stretch of coast known as Costa de Garraf. The marina also has the same name. There is a campsite nearby and at both sides of the beach there are rocky areas suitable for scuba-diving; in fact it also has a snorkelling club. At the back of the beach there is an area of trees and shade.

It is in an excellent location between the beaches of El Saler and La Devesa and just a short distance from the city of Valencia. The first 800-metre stretch, starting at the beach of El Saler, is a nudist beach.

The remodelling led to a spacious, sandy beach where you can enjoy a day by the sea. Best of all, between swims you can try the local seafood in one of the beach bars or on the seafront promenade.
