Beach: La Granadella

Small beach on the outskirts of Jávea. It has good infrastructure. With turquoise water. The surroundings are beautiful. During the busiest months, both Cala Granadella and Cala Barraca / Portitxol have regulated access.

Easy access by car. To get here, take the path between El Algarrobico and Sopalmo. The surrounding area is totally unspoiled, and there are several wind shelters. The round shapes of these stone shelters are one of the peculiarities of this fantastic beach. Nudists frequent the beach.

This beach is next to La Punta. Its waters are calm.

A lovely beach with mounds of sand in the form of dunes with vegetation. It has a full range of facilities and a large car parking area. The mouth of the estuary is at one end, where boats lie anchored or beached on the sand. It is a large beach open to the sea.

This beach is well known amongst surfers as the host of the European Surf Championships. It is fully equipped with facilities: showers, lifeguards, PA system, sunbeds, sunshades etc.

This is a northwards prolongation of the L´Arenal beach. It has full disabled access (it has a disabled car park and access ramps) and is recommended for families because of its play areas and public toilets.

The beach is surrounded by scrubland with eucalyptus and bushes. Views to the sea from these hills are spectacular as well as the sunsets. In the area of Llames and on the same beach where the river of the same name flows out: Guadamia.

A small nudist beach in an unspoilt area. Made up of large, black crags. The nearest port is Las Nieves.

Beach: La Guardada

Located next door to San Esteban port, this beach is separated from San Juan Beach by the river Nalón. The beach has a restaurant and a car park. On the right hand side there is a large rock that protects it from the wind and beside it is the San Esteban lighthouse. It has a promenade which reaches as far as the beach of Garuncho.

This beach is named after the town located less than one kilometre from the coast. A 400m strip of sand. At the beginning of the beach there is a small dune with vegetation. Uncrowded.

A pretty beach separated from Salobreña Beach by a rock. This small bay is shaped like a U. There are sugar cane plants in the surrounding area. There is a wide selection of restaurants.

It is somewhat isolated. Nudism is possible.

It is a nudist beach. Its sand is blackish in colour. To get there we recommend you use the C-810 road towards La Aldea de San Nicolás; the beach is some 3 km away, at the mouth of a ravine.

Behind it are endless semi-detached chalets, which form part of town of Los Gigantes, and at one side of the beach itself a sea wall was built to mark the boundary of the marina. It receives a large number of visitors, it is supervised, and has good facilities.

It is a very unusual cove, a phenomenon of nature. The sea reaches this cove through underground connections and forms a sandy circle within the coast. Can be reached on foot. It is often frequented by a large volume of tourists who come to take attractive photographs of the countryside.

It has the necessary infrastructures for playing beach sports. The beach is kept extremely clean. It is in extremely good condition and has been recently regenerated.
