Church of Santa María (Los Arcos)

This monumental building is richly decorated and was built and reformed between the 12th and 18th centuries. It features a range of styles, including late Romanesque and proto-Gothic through to Renaissance and Baroque. On the interior there is an imposing 17th-century altarpiece presided by a Gothic image of Santa María, as well as other altarpieces in the Rococo and Baroque styles.
