San Sebastián Church in Villacastín

A very large parish church that was designed by the architect of the Cathedral of Segovia, Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón. There are three naves similar in height with ogive vault roofs between them on slender columns in the shape of 'palm trees'.The exterior is Herrera style, rather severe.The walls were built at the same time as the granite stalls and the doors are Renaissance.The windows of this building are late Gothic from the XVI century.
