Meravelles Cave

The slow dripping and infiltration waters full of carbonates have created fascinating and mysteriously beautiful formations.

It is a set of six caves, two of which are fitted out for tourist visits: Dos Cave and Meravelles Cave. The first cave, with the two mouths ("Dos"), is 253 metres long and has a difference in level of 12 metres. Its large room is interesting, with many formations such as columns and banderols. Meravelles Cave was discovered in 1968 and is 510 metres long, where visitors can see many stalactites, stalagmites, gigantic columns, flowstones, soda straws, gours and a large number of helictites. The visit is a guided tour.
