Renaissance monastery.
In the La Cartuja church, visitors can not only enjoy the beautiful choir, but also works by Francisco de Goya.
The walled monastery dates back to the 16th century. It is Renaissance building, but its church belongs to the Late Gothic period. It has a nave, laid out as a Latin cross, and an apse covered in ceramic. It also boasts a Baroque-style façade.
