CA2M Dos de Mayo Art Centre

Opened in May 2008, the CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo houses the Region of Madrid’s contemporary art collection, which comprises around 1,500 works.

Its aim is to make the latest art accessible to the public through its permanent collection and its programme of exhibitions, research and activities. In this way, the CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo fulfils its commitment to contemporary creation, embracing initiatives that extend beyond the visual arts to include cinema, music, literature, design and the performing arts.
