What are the wines like?
It offers a wide variety of wines that cover the whole spectrum of a good wine list. The reds are deep, fruity and elegant, with Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes dominating, and a growing presence of Sirah and Grenache. The white wines are complex, expressive and persistent. The main varieties are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, Riesling and Macabeu. In general they are highly chromatic full-bodied wines, that improve when stored in bottles for a certain period of time.
