Don Benito is 50 kilometres from Merida. The 3,000+ pieces found in its Ethnographic Museum are a representative sample of the region's ancient customs. On a 29-room tour, visitors are offered different perspectives of the most recent past and its development, showing various living and working environments, from rural society, to the bourgeoisie, to the work of small artisans and merchants.
