Guadalajara
A population situated on the Alto Tajo route, in a beautiful valley whose waters flow into the Tagus.
As well as its surroundings, the town’s main attraction is a Romanesque church, of which the façade and bell gable date from that period. Inside, it features a splendid Mudéjar coffered ceiling. There is also the El Espinar fountain, with a striking stone vault that covers the water channel leading to the old washhouse. And about 30 kilometres from the settlement lies the Hundido de Armallones, a natural spot characterised by its enormous cliffs, surrounded by dense Mediterranean and riverbank woodland.
