Sailing: Ruta de la Sal Regatta

The Salt Route regatta is held in the Mediterranean every Easter.

This is a sailing competition for cruiser yachts. There are three routes on the itinerary. The Northern route goes from Barcelona to the island of Ibiza. The Eastern route goes from Denia to Ibiza, and the Western route from the port of Andratx (Majorca) to the port of Sant Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza). The competing boats are grouped into existing cruiser yacht categories: classic 10, 20, and 30 cruisers, and multihull cruisers.
