Located on the tidal inlet of Mundaka or Guernika, which is in front of Mundaka, a surfers paradise. Considered to be a fantastic beach for children because the water is shallow. The sand is fine and golden and there is a huge dune in the centre of the beach. Awarded with the Blue Flag, it is the biggest beach of the entire tidal inlet. This beach has lifeguard services, showers, ice-cream stalls, and a car park with room for 300 cars. You get to this beach by car on the road that goes towards Bilbao, the BI-3234. Parasailing and surfing comes highly recommended here.
