The name of this beach comes from the Nature Park in which it is situated (Albufera des Grau). It is a semicircular shaped beach, separated from the S' Albufera Nature Park by a small wood. The beach is sheltered by the uninhabited island of D'en Colom. Many little sandy coves are formed around the small bay making for a tranquil environment.
