The Via Verde de la Jara crosses the region to the delight of cyclists and walkers . There is an interesting traditional cuisine in the area.One of the largest municipalities that make up the region, is Sevilleja de la Jara. In one of its districts , Gargantilla, is Casa Rural Miel y Romero, a rural housing THREE EARS (highest category in Castilla -La Mancha) . Its decoration and comfortable equipment, complete the experience.Casa Rural Miel y Romero collaborates with Foundation Áquila. At the Center for Iberian Raptors Studies (CERI) in Sevilleja de la Jara, the Aquila Foundation develops its Conservation Program Imperial Eagle. Learn the important work of the Foundation Áquila is absolutely enriching .The Tourist Experience we offer is aimed at groups of 6-8 people. 2 nights accommodation on Casa Rural Miel y Romero (4 double bedrooms all with bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and barbecue exclusive use of the group).Visit the CERI where the work of the Aquila Foundation for the Conservation of Imperial Eagle and other birds will appear.
