Acombination of nature and gastronomy that aims to rediscover the roots of Mallorca and its food.This activity begins with a walk through the crops of Terracor, depending on the season, continues with the collection of fruits and vegetables to take home and culminates with a tasting menu of 5 dishes, based on local products. These change throughout the year and adapt to the products of each season.About the menuAll our menus begin with a very typical aperitif of our land which is the" "bread with oil" "with artisan bread made with Xeixa flour (an old variety of wheat that has recently been recovered), accompanied by 'a virgin olive oil of local production, bunch tomatoes and cheeses and sausages from the area.The meal continues with two main dishes made with 75% of seasonal products from the Terracor field and the remaining 25% will be made up of Mallorcan meat, fish and eggs. And as a final finish to the dessert accompanied by Mallorcan herbs and roasted coffee on the island to end the experience with good taste. In addition, water and white or red wine of local origin are included. Children's menu: pasta with homemade tomato sauce.The price includes:- Guided tour through the farmlands and explanation as well as presentation of local products.- Enjoying a 5-course menu based on seasonal products, prepared by our chef.- A glass of wine with the appetizer, water and coffee; a bottle of red/white wine for 4 persons with the main course (if you like more wine, please ask for our wine card).- Cloth bag and cap to collect and for the walks.- Fruit and/or vegetables that you may collect.Important Information: The estates will vary depending on the season.
