Vía Ferrata Flores y Lagunas Valle de Arbas
The via ferratas in León are one of the main adventure activities in the province of León. This multi-adventure activity in León combines climbing with rope parks, and will make accessible a large agent wall that has never been climbed in the natural environment.Via ferratas are aerial trails artificially equipped with steps, ladders, bridges, and zip lines. They arise as a result of troop passages through the Alps in the Second World War. These trails began to be used for adventure tourism, suffering a great boom from the year 2000. Since then, innumerable routes have been created throughout the Spanish geography and in the rest of the world. This activity allows clients to enjoy the sensation of climbing large walls with very little effort and in complete safety.As of June 2016, one of the first ferratas in León will be inaugurated in the Arbas Valley: “Via Ferrata Flores y Lagunas Valle de Arbas”. With 150 meters of unevenness, about 400 m of cable installed, you will be able to admire the incredible views of the Arbas Valley in all kinds of areas (dihedrals, crossings, collapses, aerial spurs, bridges and simple climbing), all of them equipped with the necessary equipment and guided by our guides.
