Olesa de Montserrat is a natural village with unique traditions located in the north of Baix Llobregat. With very strong agricultural roots, its olive groves are famous for their indigenous olive trees, which are used to produce an excellent olive oil, smooth and tasty, ideal to accompany any meal.Josep will accompany you on a route through the rural environment, where you will visit the olive groves and learn about their care and evolution until the optimum moment for harvesting.
