Activate your creativity in a free and fun way, creating your own Valencian ceramic tile with the help of our master potter. A first contact with the valuable and spectacular ceramics that decorate the incredible rooms of the Ducal Palace of the Borgias, birthplace of San Francisco de Borgia, III General of the Society of Jesus; and that were exported to the Vatican rooms during the papacy of Alexander VI (Rodrigo de Borja), in the 16th century.Sundays09:30 a.m.- Activate your creativity with the « Borgiana » pottery workshop , at the «Les Envernissadores» Ceramics School-Workshop in Potries ; where, with the accompaniment of our pottery teacher, you will be able to create your own Valencian ceramic tile.12:30 p.m.- Visit the Ducal Palace of Gandia , birthplace of San Francisco de Borja, III General of the Society of Jesus. Inside you will see one of the most impressive works of art in the palace: The Golden Gallery, an elegant room made up of five spaces with oil-painted ceilings. In addition, you can enter the Hall of Eagles, the Hall of Crowns or the Holy Chapel. Delicacy and power accompany each of the rooms of the Palacio de Los Borgia.You cannot end this excellent day without trying an authentic Valencian appetizer, at La Picaeta Sibarita (in the heart of Gandía), a celler (cellar) of craft beer, accompanied by the famous Gilda anchovy appetizers, "papes desvanides", coca espencat and chaplain, assortment of sausages from the land,… (uhhmmm, delicious!!!!)
