Olesa de Montserrat is a quiet, dynamic and natural village in the Baix Llobregat region. The friendliness of its local people, the quality of life and the natural environment that surrounds it make it the ideal place to spend a day with the family. During the day we will introduce you to the fundamental ingredient of its gastronomy, the oil of Olesa, produced with the autochthonous variety produced by the local olive trees since the 18th century.With our host Josep, we will visit the olive trees and we will discover that apart from producing oil, they are also used to build the traditional Olesan huts that we will find along the way.In the centre of the village, you will enjoy a traditional meal accompanied by local olive oil.
