Excursion to Luarca, Cudillero and Avilés from Oviedo

Our excursion to Cudillero from Oviedo allows you to spend a great day in the fishing village, Luarca and the industrial city of Avilés. Visit them by bus with an expert guide.Starting early in the morning, we will explore the natural beauty of the Asturias coastline in a comfortable bus with an expert local guide. We will depart from the meeting point in Oviedo towards Luarca, our initial destination. This village in the west of Asturias is the perfect blend of nature and tradition, which tend to combine perfectly in this region.We will be able to stroll around the dock, the fishing port and the Miares Square. We will enjoy a guided tour of one hour by the guides who will accompany us, and then we will have some free time afterwards. We will also take the opportunity to visit the Regalina Hermitage, in Cadavedo.After approximately three hours in the Luarca area, we will reach Cudillero. Here, one of the most beautiful and authentic villages in Spain awaits us, with its colourful houses carved into the hillside and always looking out to sea. On the way to the centre, the guide will give us interesting information about the place and then let us enjoy the village at our own pace. We will spend about two hours, with an hour and a half to have lunch if we wish or to continue discovering the narrow streets and viewpoints and enjoy the serenity of this village.This excursion from Oviedo to Avilés takes us to the city of the Niemeyer Centre, a key destination for the Asturian industry, located just half an hour by bus from Cudillero. We will take a half-hour guided tour and then we will have some free time to walk around Merced Square, the old town or along the shore of the estuary, where you can breathe the special essence of the port.To end our day, we will return to Oviedo around 18:30, after having discovered some of the jewels of the Asturian Cantabrian Sea in an organised and, above all, enriching plan for the whole family.
