Astro Travels stargazing La Palma

Welcome to Astro Travels Stargazing! At last, the universe is within reach! We offer you the chance to explore one of the world's best stargazing skies on the island of La Palma. Amateur astronomers, stargazing enthusiasts, and beginners of all ages are invited to join an exciting journey to the Moon, planets, stars, constellations, the Milky Way, globular clusters, nebulae, and other galaxies. Everything will be revealed by a passionate astronomer—holding a double doctorate in the field and boasting extensive experience in research, education, and outreach—equipped with a powerful 30cm-diameter telescope and eager to share his knowledge and celestial experiences with you! For our stargazing sessions, we typically use the Llano del Jable Astronomical Viewpoint (located on the LP-301 mountain road at km 6, at an altitude of 1,345 meters), though we may use other locations depending on weather conditions and your whereabouts. Before the stargazing begins, you will have the opportunity to admire and photograph a magnificent sunset. The on-site tour lasts approximately two hours. Tours are available for small groups (2–10 people) in Spanish, English, French, or Romanian.
