Thanks to the extensive high speed rail network (AVE), Spain has become a world leader in the rail sector. These types of trains can take passengers from one important tourist destination to another in less than three hours. Euromed is a rail service with trains that reach speeds somewhat slower than the AVE trains, which connects various destinations along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Below you will also find a table showing the main connections.

To travel to Spain by plane, there are direct flights to Madrid and Barcelona operated by Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Emirates and Saudi Arabian Airlines; although with a single connecting flight, it is possible to access other cities. For example, Turkish Airlines fly direct to Malaga.
