Travelling by plane

To travel to Spain by plane, there are direct flights to Madrid and Barcelona operated by Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Emirates and Saudi Arabian Airlines; although with a single connecting flight, it is possible to access other cities. For example, Turkish Airlines fly direct to Malaga.

Spain has more than 30 international airports and most of the major European airports have flights to destinations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Majorca, Tenerife and Malaga.

Travelling by car

Travelling by train

Thanks to the extensive high speed rail network (AVE), Spain has become a world leader in the rail sector. These types of trains can take passengers from one important tourist destination to another in less than three hours. For example, it is possible to travel from Madrid to Barcelona or from Madrid to Malaga in two and a half hours.
