Urban Cellar

An experience to discover the full potential of our vineyards with the most special wines of the Arizcuren project, and at the same time a great opportunity to visit a winery in the city center, recovering the historical tradition of the center of Logroño as a place of winemaking, lost for centuries and dating back to the Middle Ages.It starts with a detailed explanation of the family vineyards of the Rioja Oriental, focusing on our autochthonous grape varieties that have traditionally been cultivated in our area in small plots, worked with the local know-how handed down by our ancestors.We will continue with a tour of the winemaking and aging rooms of the urban winery, where we will learn how our wines are made and aged in barrels, amphorae and concrete tanks in such a unique space.Finally, we will taste 4 wines that form part of the Arizcuren project.All these wines together are present on the menus of more than 30 Michelin-starred restaurants. We will accompany the tasting with our own organic olive oil and an aperitif consisting of thinly sliced cured pork loin or truffles made with our own wine and bread from a woodfired oven.
