Wine tour to wine regions in Valencia

An exclusive day in a wine-growing area of the Valencian community, with visits to wineries, wine tastings and a meal included; your guide is a sommelier specializing in Valencian wines. First we could visit the wine caves in Requena or the site of the Iberian village of Bastida de les Alcusses (500 B.C.), depending on the wine region we're going to - the two sites are super-interesting! Or if you prefer, we just go to wineries. The second visit would be to a (top) winery in the region, for a guided tour; we will visit the vineyards, barrel room, and they will explain how they make their wines; and of course, in the end we will taste some of their wines! At about 14:00 we will go for lunch at a restaurant nearby; it could be a normal village restaurant (but with good food), or a gourmet restaurant. We are flexible: you can change anything you like - if you want to visit the caves and a winery, or 2 wineries, or 3 ... if you want to visit wineries in Utiel-Requena, Alicante or Castellón... you can choose the region; if you prefer to have lunch at a village or at a gourmet restaurant... you decide! We do our tours with groups large and small.. 1 to 50 people, or even more... in English, German, Spanish and Dutch! Other languages are also possible, just ask us!Prices depend on the number of people in the group: the more people, the lower the price per person.
