Although it is known as the "French Way to Compostela" the itinerary that has the most prominence among all the Jacobean Routes and even the so-called "Camino del Norte", which has the historical primacy among all the existing routes, today, as it does centuries, there are other roads that lead to Compostela. These itineraries are so worthy to be taken into account, as the most popular and the most historic of these paths, both for its "reliable" layout and for its use by the thousands of pilgrims and tourists who travel it in search of the Compostelana goal.
