Explore the mining legacy in inland Lugo

Live the experience of entering the Consuelo Mine just as the miners did at the beginning of the last century. You'll discover the colours and treasures of the only mining gallery open to the public in Galicia. Afterwards, you will go down a zip line with history, and one of the longest in Galicia! Dare to experience an exciting experience, with more than 300 metres long and up to 80 metres high above the ground. We'll finish the experience riding a quad bike along the old mining train track, nowadays Vía Verde, where we'll explore the mining lands of A Pontenova.In a small village between Galicia and Asturias, in the heart of the well-known Biosphere Reserve Río Eo, Oscos and Tierra de Burón, recognised by UNESCO in 2007, you will stay in an exclusive and sustainable rural complex, with a strong environmental commitment surrounded by nature.
