Over time its uses have multiplied, with different varieties emerging, such as refined oil, olive pomace oil, and the well-known: virgin olive oil.

As with all the best-known Spanish products, its quality is guaranteed by the certificate of Designation of Origin. As well as these unique qualities, there is another, reflected in the name: extra virgin olive oil.
