This art and nature project has been conceived and created by the Basque painter and sculptor Agustín Ibarrola in Dehesa de Garoza Muñogalindo (Ávila). The result is an amazing set of 115 very large stones converted into works of art, endowed with different meanings and spread around a meadow covering nearly 11 hectares.

Through this work the artist establishes an intimate and profound dialogue between his avant garde pictorial language and the landscape of Dehesa de Garoza, with its holm oaks, light and history. The site is prepare for visitors with paths and explanatory materials (two dimensional and audio-guide). Visitors can observe the stones close up and from different points of view, seeing colours change as the day goes by and the relationship with the landscape. The project also has a visitor centre and various places to rest and enjoy the natural environment. In addition, there is an exhibition of paintings and sculptures by Ibarrola in the old town of Muñogalindo.
