The winery you will visit has family roots going back more than seventy years. Their aim is to revitalise the winemaking tradition in the Baix Maestrat, a region with a wine-growing history that was affected by the phylloxera plague and government agricultural regulation in the 1960s. The third generation strives to produce quality wines that reflect the unique character of the Maestrat. The visit will be accompanied by a tasting of local cured meats and cheeses.The estate, completely walled and with more than 2,500 orange trees in full production, surrounds a 19th century farmhouse, where King Alfonso XII sought his rest.
