www.spain.info Access Policy

The aim is for the portal to be accessible for all users. For this, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 ( WCAG 1.0 ) by the W3C have been followed.

Compliance with the standards

The pages comply with the requirements to adapt to the Double-A level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 by the W3C, including all the verification checkpoints in Priority 1 and Priority 2 established in the Guidelines. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 explain how to make web content accessible to disabled people, in order to guarantee that most of the users will be able to gain access to the information that is published. There are non-accessible dynamic contents which add value to the website; however, the information they provide can be found on the actual site. These layers are OpenStreetMap maps and multimedia galleries.

Keyboard shortcuts

www.spain.info is compatible with the versions of the most popular browsers and can be used in conjunction with keyboard shortcuts, to gain access to the reference sites on the different browsers: Explorer: ALT + key + ENTER. Firefox: ALT + SHIFT + key. Opera: SHIFT + ESC + key. Safari (Mac): CTRL + OPTION + key. Safari (Win): ALT + key. Chrome: ALT + key.
