Our organic farm is filled with olive trees; dotted by madrones, oak trees, and century-old cork trees; and blanketed almost year round by grass-covered soil, an uncommon characteristic for most olive orchards. Given the high-altitude location of our orchards — the highest in the region, and the only employing organic architecture — there is zero herbicide contamination.
During your visit, you’ll learn more about all of this, as well as about the latest technologies used for organic farming, and of course have the opportunity to taste some of the best olive oils in the world.
