Ingredients for 4 people: 500g of minced pork 6 cloves of garlic 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika salt 5 spoonfuls of olive oil 8 eggs


Put the whole cloves of garlic, without peeling, in a griddle or frying pan without fat and roast them until they are soft inside and the skin is burned. Mash the peeled garlic cloves in a mortar and pestle with salt until they become a paste. Put the minced meat into a bowl and add the paste, the sweet and hot paprika and 2 spoonfuls of oil; mix everything well with your hands. Let it rest for 8 hours. Heat 2-3 spoonfuls of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, breaking it up as you do so, until it is well separated and cooked to your taste. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs. Serve the minced meat with the eggs when they are done.
