One of the most attractive options for enjoying the ski resorts when the good weather arrives is the one on offer at the La Molina ski resort in Girona:

This is scuba diving for beginners, who can get their “baptism” in the lakes of La Molina. This activity is arranged both in summer and in winter, and will offer the chance to enjoy the unique experience of scuba diving in a high-mountain setting and of savouring a sensation similar to zero gravity.

The minimum age if you want to sign up for this course is 10 years old, and at the end of the course, participants will receive a DSD (Discover Scuba Diving) certificate from the Professional Scuba Diving Instructors’ Association (P.A.D.I.) , which will enable you to scuba dive in any P.A.D.I. centre in the world for one year.

If you are already an experienced and certified scuba diver and are looking to overcome greater challenges, this same resort offers you “advanced level” specialised alternatives: altitude diving (at over 300 metres above sea level), wetsuit scuba diving (for very cold waters) and diving under ice (these last two options in the colder months).

This is definitely a unique environment for indulging this sport, and a perfect activity for enjoying with friends and family.

You'll find all the information you need on the official website of the La Molina resort.
